We pride ourselves on delivering high quality products to our customers. If you feel that a product does not meet your expectations and/or is defective, we will assess a return request sent to us via email within 28 days from purchase.

 

Please send an email to jack@jackreedbarbershop.com with adequate information detailing your concern about the product.  Please ensure to include the following information:

 

* Name

* Address
* Product/s and invoice number 
* Phone Number
* Email

* Your concerns with the product.  Please include if you are seeking a replacement, a refund or an exchange.

 

A customer service officer will contact you to discuss your request.  

 

Please note:

*  Returns are not permitted on sale or discounted items or promotional giveaways.

*  Products are defective only if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect can be demonstrated .

*  We, in our sole discretion, will determine whether a product is defective.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment
